  • Will the gates get damaged during shipping?
    We pack them in wooden crates with padding inside, and everything is strapped down. We’ve shipped enough of these overseas to know what works. If something does get damaged on the way, just let us know and we’ll handle it.
  • Can I get custom colors or put my logo on it?
    Yeah. We can match RAL colors, and logos can be screen‑printed on the cabinet. If you need the cabinet length or finish adjusted, we can talk about that too. Just let us know early in the project so we get it right.
  • What about support after I buy?
    One year warranty on non‑user damage. Support over email or remote works for most issues. If needed, we can send someone out. Common spares — motors, sensors, mainboards — are in stock, so replacements don’t take forever.
  • Do I need a pro to install it?
    The gates come pre‑wired and tested. On‑site work is mostly bolting them down and hooking up external wires. We recommend a qualified electrician or low‑voltage tech. We also send a detailed manual and wiring diagram, and we can walk you through it remotely if needed.
  • What happens if the power goes out?
    The wings open automatically — it’s a fire safety thing. When power comes back, the gate runs a self‑check and goes back to normal. No need to worry about people getting stuck.
